Refund Policy

You have 14 days to change your mind. Here is exactly how it works, with no grey areas.

Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from receiving your order to tell us you are withdrawing from it, with no need to give a reason and with no penalty.

How to do it: write to info@motographe.com with your order number and the references concerned. We reply with the return authorisation and the address to ship to. Do not send anything back before you have that authorisation.

Condition of the returned item

The item must come back complete, in its original packaging, with its accessories and instructions, and in a condition that allows it to be resold. A part that has been fitted, drilled, painted, sanded or modified can no longer be taken back — a dry test fit is fine, installation is not.

You have 14 days from declaring your withdrawal to send the item back to us. Return shipping is at your expense, unless the item you received was damaged, not as described or not the one you ordered — in that case we cover the return in full.

Refund

The refund is made within 14 days of us receiving the return at the latest, to the payment method used for the order. It covers the price of the item and the standard delivery charges originally paid.

Made-to-order items

Items made to measure or clearly personalised at your request are excluded from the right of withdrawal, under article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code. Where a product falls into this category, you are told so before you confirm the order.

Damaged, missing or non-conforming item

Check your parcel on arrival. If something is wrong — opened packaging, a missing part, breakage — write to us at info@motographe.com with photographs of the parcel and of the item. We handle the claim with the carrier; that is not for you to do.

Legal guarantees

Independently of all the above, you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 and following of the French Consumer Code), which entitles you to repair or replacement of a non-conforming item for 2 years from delivery, and from the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code), for 2 years from the discovery of the defect.
