Shipping Policy

Dispatch time

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 3 to 5 working days. Some made-to-order parts take longer: the lead time specific to the product is then shown on its page.

This is the time until the parcel leaves our workshop. Carrier transit time comes on top of it.

Carriers

Colissimo within France, DHL for destinations outside France. A tracking number is emailed to you when the parcel leaves.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated on the weight of the parcel and the delivery zone.

Shipping may be free above a certain order value, which varies by destination, and is covered up to a ceiling that also varies by destination. If the delivery method you choose exceeds that ceiling, the difference remains payable by you.

The thresholds and ceilings in force are shown on the site. In every case, the exact amount left to pay appears in your cart before you confirm the order.

Destinations

We ship within France, across the European Union and to a set of countries outside the EU. The destinations we serve are those offered at the delivery step: if a country is not listed there, we do not ship to it.

For deliveries outside the European Union, any customs duties, taxes and clearance fees are payable by the recipient and come on top of the price paid on the site.

Delivery address

We do not deliver to PO boxes or hotels. Check your address before confirming: street number, building, floor, door code, name on the entryphone. An incomplete address is the single biggest cause of delay.

On delivery

Check the condition of the parcel. If the packaging has been opened, something is broken or a part is missing, write to us at info@motographe.com with photographs, and keep the packaging. We open the claim with the carrier.

Collection in person

Collection from the workshop is not offered at this time. All orders are shipped.
